The University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź has appointed an Academic Spokesperson.
It is Oktawia Ewa Braniewicz, MA. The spokesperson’s tasks include:

• representing the University,
• upholding the principles of academic freedom and ethical standards in research and teaching,
• striving for amicable resolution of conflicts and disputes,
• adherence to the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, neutrality and independence.

The spokesperson, on his own initiative or at the request of an employee, becomes involved in matters when, in his opinion, it is in the interest of the University community or when an employee or a group of employees feels harmed, mobbed, harassed, discriminated against or otherwise mistreated.
